If you are looking for something that will take anxiety away and help you feel calm without that drowsy or druggy feeling micro-dosing mushrooms is for you. I take 1 dose, Monday-Friday, and I am just about to finish my first bottle. For the long term effects while not dosing: I used to really struggle with rumination - a thought would pop into my mind and play on repeat for a while before I would even notice it happening, which would leave me feeling anxious, angry and depressed. Now, when a thought pops into my mind, I can calmly acknowledge my feeling and let it drift away. My life situation may not have changed, but at least I don't have to suffer through it. I've used the tinctures and the capsules. They both have their advantages: the tinctures are best for experimenting in dosing, as you can just adjust the liquid imbibed in order to play around with dosing to find what a micro-dose best looks like for you. Therefore, I started there b/c I was unsure if 125 mg would be too much for me and would recommend that newbies try tinctures first. Turns out, 125 to 250 mg works perfectly for me, so my second order was for capsules, which are obviously easier to dose (and no weird after-taste). I continue to use them at least 3x per week (at least one day on, two days off, sometimes more if I'm going through something particularly difficult), as I've not yet found any treatments for what ails me (ADHD, depression, anxiety) that work THIS well and do not have any drawbacks/hangovers, etc. Yes, alcohol and weed can calm my nerves if need be, but can make my anxiety or depression flare up during use or the day after. For one or two days after mushroom use, I just feel content. Also important to note: I continue to take my stimulants for ADHD daily, and I haven't noticed any bad interactions with mushrooms. If you find yourself suffering more and feeling disconnected, with all the crap going on in the world and post-covid, and you want to get back to feeling positive and like you're more connect to the world, you really can't afford to pass up trying micro-dosing. I've yet to experience any negative experiences, and nothing helps me like these magic mushrooms do. I will continue to be a customer as long as the company exists.
