There truly are no words to describe my experience. I am forever changed. I literally felt like my mind was being rewired. I spoke to many people that passed friends and family. I had enough of my senses to ask for proof to bring back messages for others. When I asked them about the proof of which there was no way I could know they were blown away. I understand time better I experienced so many things so fast….felt like I was there for a very long time. I had a journal beside me wrote down what time I closed my eyes and then what time I started to come out. I definitely see things differently now. One of the best experiences of my life. I do suggest learning how to prepare yourself keep a journal and if it’s your first time have a sitter nearby. I created a space that was comfortable put my headphones on played soft angel music and I had silk eye covers. I felt perfectly safe and new I was completely safe throughout my journey. I gave myself the next day to absorb and integrate all that I learned. I drank cucumber water and ate clean. Even to this day things will happen and will trigger my memory of my journey. That self criticism has subsided. It was almost like a rebirth. Such an unbelievable yet believable experience. Forever changed forever grateful for the experience.
